RomanticPoetry.com was created in 1998 by poet Sonji Rush and is dedicated exclusively to her work. Sonji's work has been online since 1997. In 1998 Sonji began her own publishing company Pocket Poetry Publishing to publish her work. Since that time she has sold thousands of copies of her work throughout the world and has gained a loyal following. Her first book "As the Beauty of the Rose" was published in 1998, her second book "Simply Love" in the year 2000. She produced and recorded her poetry CD "Words from My Heart" in the year 2000. On this CD she narrates her poetry along with musical arrangements by her son Kevin Dellinger created especially for each poem. It has been stated as being a work of art by those who have heard it.
